01.09.2017 has changed import duties for some goods

Decision of Board of the Euroasian economic Commission from may 11, 2017 N 44 "About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the common customs tariff of the Eurasian economic Union in respect of certain types of goods in accordance with the obligations of the Russian Federation in the WTO and on amendments to some decisions of the Eurasian economic Commission"

In accordance with articles 42 and 45 of the Treaty on the Eurasian economic Union dated 29 may 2014 and on the basis of the Treaty on the functioning of the Customs Union within multilateral trade system from may 19, 2011 the Board of the Eurasian economic Commission has DECIDED:

1. Add to Unified customs tariff the Eurasian economic Union (Appendix to the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian economic Commission dated July 16, 2012 N 54) following changes:
a) in the fourth column links to the notes to the common customs tariff of the Eurasian economic Union should be deleted;
b) to establish rates of import customs duties of the common customs tariff of the Eurasian economic Union concerning separate types of the goods according to the Application N 1;
C) to amend the notes to the common customs tariff of the Eurasian economic Union changes according to the Application N 2.

2. To amend the decision of the Eurasian economic Commission changes according to the Application N 3.

3. This Decision shall enter into force after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than September 1, 2017

In the List of goods and rates in respect of which during the transitional period the Republic of Armenia are applied rates of import customs duties, distinct from rates of the common customs tariff of the Eurasian economic Union approved by the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian economic Commission dated December 10, 2014 N 113 positions with the codes 6910 90 000 0, 8712 00 300 0, 9603 21 000 0 and 9607 19 000 0 FEACN of the cu to be deleted.

2. In the list of goods and rates in respect of which during the transitional period of the Kyrgyz Republic applies the rates of import customs duties different from the rates of duties established by the common customs tariff of the Eurasian economic Union, approved by Decision of Board of the Euroasian economic Commission from June 30, 2015 N 68 positions with the codes 8702 10 119 9 and 8702 20 119 8 FEACN of the cu to be deleted.

3. In the list of goods in respect of which the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with obligations accepted as a condition of joining the world trade organization, are applied rates of import customs duties, lower compared with the rates of duties of the common customs tariff of the Eurasian economic Union, and the amount of such duties, approved by the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian economic Commission dated 14 Oct 2015.
