01.09.2017 has changed import duties for some goods
Decision of the Council of the Eurasian economic Commission of 23 June 2017 №41 "On establishing rates of import customs duties of the common customs tariff of the Eurasian economic Union in respect of certain types of goods in accordance with the obligations of the Russian Federation in the WTO"
In accordance with articles 42 and 45 of the Treaty on the Eurasian economic Union of 29 may 2014, paragraph 4, of Annex 1 to the Regulations of the Eurasian economic Commission, approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic Council on December 23, 2014 No. 98, and on the basis of the Treaty on the functioning Customs Union in the multilateral trading system of 19 may 2011, the Council of the Eurasian economic Commission has decided:
1. To establish rates of import customs duties of the common customs tariff of the Eurasian economic Union (Annex to the Decision of the Board Eurasian economic Commission of 16 July 2012 № 54) according to the application.
2. This Decision shall enter into force after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than September 1, 2017

Note. The content of the notes 1S, 4S, 5S, 7S - 10S, 12C and 13C to the common customs tariff of the Eurasian economic Union, referenced in this Annex is defined by the Decision of Board of the Euroasian economic Commission from may 11, 2017 № 44 "About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the common customs tariff of the Eurasian economic Union in respect of certain types of goods in accordance with the obligations of the Russian Federation in the WTO and on amendments to some decisions of the Eurasian economic Commission".
